Event Fees

Flip Insurance Long Course

Dec 1 – Jan 31: $280 — includes 1 race free + custom RTRS towel

Feb 1 – Feb 28: $280 — includes 1 race free

March 1 – April 18: $315 — includes 10% off (≈ half a race equivalent)

Adventure Gear Short Course

Dec 1 – Jan 31: $180 — includes 1 race free + custom RTRS towel

Feb 1 – Feb 28: $180 — includes 1 race free

March 1 – April 18: $202.50 — includes 10% off (≈ half a race equivalent)

Mandatory Gear

With the accessibility of the course and the time of year, there is minimal gear required. However, there are a couple of items:

500ml Fluids – Long Course

Event Cutoff Times

Flip Insurance Long Course

  • Rounds 1–4: 3 hours
  • Round 5: 3.5 hours

Adventure Gear Short Course

  • Rounds 1–4: 2.5 hours
  • Round 5: 3 hours

Every round will follow the same schedule.

Race(s) Start Times:

Flip Insurance Long Course: 8.00 am

Adventure Gear Short Course: 8:30 am

(Note: Federation Hill 5km Fun Run will start at 9:00am; The 10km at Federation Hill is part of the Adventure Gear Short Course Series and will start at 8:30am)

Overall & Age Categories:

Flip Insurance Long Course:
  • U21 (minimum age 14)
  • 21–39
  • 40–49
  • 50–59
  • 60+
Adventure Gear Short Course:
  • Under 18
  • Over 18

Scoring System | Long & Adventure Gear Short Course

To be eligible for the overall series results, you must complete a minimum of 3 races, including Round 5: Fed Hill, as this is where we will do the presentations.

1st Place: 20 points
2nd Place: 15 points
3rd Place: 12 points
4th Place: 10 points
5th Place: 8 points
6th Place: 6 points
7th Place: 4 points
8th Place: 3 points
9th Place: 2 points
10th Place: 1 point

Note:

  • For the Adventure Gear short course series, Fed Hill 10km Course will count as the Short Course for the series.)
  • The Fed Hill 5km course is an additional Fun Run option and does not contribute to Adventure Gear Short Course points.

Awards & Prizes:

We will be offering medals to the winner of each age category per race, and podium prizes for the overall and age category winners.
